Winter line Up 2007/2008

Gents our forthcoming meetings are as follows

October 9th - Phil Wakeford our president journeys down to Sussex to present his piking exploits to the region. A night not to be missed.

November 13th- Neville Fickling need i say more. It wouldn't be the same without him.

December 11th- Members night. The idea behind this is we share a few stories and show a few pictures. Something different and should be entertaining.

January 8th-John Synnuck our very own treasurer presents this months talk on his pike fishing with and exotic twist or two.

February 12- Andy Frost travels down from deepest darkest Norfolk. As most will know Andy is a born and bread Norfolk man, with his talk reflecting this. The history of the broads along with some great fishing will be the nights topic.

March 11th- details to follow ( awaiting confirmation )
April 8th -AGM/Year ahead
Kings Head at East Hoathley is the location. All talks starting at 8pm.See you all there.

REGIONAL ORGANISER - REGION 70

**** ET Venue Change ****

Owing to a double booking at the Black lion ( they went and booked a large xmas party ) the venue has been changed for Eddie Turner's talk on the Wednesday 20th.
The new venue is the Kings Head in East Hoathly, about 2 minutes south of the Black Lion.

As a result of this error, Jon at the Black Lion has paid for the function room. Further to that ALL PAC members first drink will be on him, as an apopligie.

With an offer like that its not a night to be missed. For those who want better directions please get in touch.

An evening with Eddie Turner. a.k.a E.T

Eddie ( ET ) needs no introduction to most of you I am sure. The author of Mega pike and renowned pike angler has agreed to do a number of talks, one of which will be down here in sunny Sussex.

This is a night not to be missed, and those familiar will be aware just how good a night it will be.
Who knows he might even tell us the story about sinking his boat.........!

Look forward to seeing you all there, once again a raffle will be held. Should you wish to bring something along to support the cause please feel free. Anything fishing related would be good.

As always third Wednesday of the month, making it the Wednesday 20th. See you from19:30 onwards for the talk to start at 20:00hrs.

OUR WINTER PROGRAM

At long last everything is in place for OUR winter program. Please support the cause, as this is YOUR region.
The venue is the Black Lion Inn, Lewes Road, Halland, Lewes, East Sussex on the A22.

At this point in time, the dates are as follows:

Wednesday 20th December - Talk from Eddie TURNER
Wednesday 17th January - Meeting
Wednesday 21st Febuary - Bill PALMER
Wednesday 21st March - Meeting + bring and Buy sale
Wednesday 18th April - AGM & the year ahead.

As you can see we have some high profile talkers, with another well known name in the pipe line. Watch this space.........

To cover cost's we will be charging £2.50 for PAC member, £3.00 fo non PAC Members.

Lets hope the region gets off to a flying start, and becomes a region that is looked up to.
